Down 170lbs :)....newest before and after!

ReplyDeleteI am so glad you are back! I just love to read your posts and I missed them! In the past month between Weight Watchers and joining the Y I have lost 18 lbs. I kept thinking during those first few days at the Y that I was SO embarrassed and I shouldn't be there and I kept thinking about what you said, that they don't even care I'm there and it worked! Thanks for being such an inspiration to so many people.
